Great Family Resorts What Is Your Suggestion For A Great Family Vacation Destination In The Eastern Half Of The US?

What is your suggestion for a great family vacation destination in the Eastern half of the US? - great family resorts

This is a family vacation - two in their 20s in 50 3 years, two 30 and 10 months old. I want to a place a little bit of everything and not too tight offering in September. Everyone likes things a little differently, so that in a place that offers things that fishing in the open air, shopping and night life would be ideal.

Probably, New Jersey, cities like Ocean City, Atlantic City, Wildwood, which would be perfect!
Or maybe Maine =)))

Tennessee. This is a very nice condition and has something for everyone. The Great Smoky Mountains are incredible and the National Park the most visited in the country. There are many things to do in the eastern part of the state and also visit the Smokies ... Gatlinburg has many local craft and aquarium sites Nice and Dollywood. In the middle of the state is Nashville. The music scene is great and there is going 2 large lakes for fishing, boating, etc. There are nice parks for hiking (nationwide) and picnic. Centennial Park in downtown CDI has a replica of the Parthenon and Museum. There is also the Country Music Hall of Fame, the deadline Museum Lower Broadway, where the history and Honky Tonks, many homes and plantations, including Andrew Jackson Pres House, the Hermitage, the State Capitol, etc. To the west, according to Graceland Memphis and Beale Street and the famous Peabody Hotel. In the south of Chattanooga is a great city with Rock City, Ruby Falls, the funicular railway, an aquarium isRiver Parkway, the railroad from Chattanooga to units between all these places are beautiful. There are also many other smaller towns, it must stop fascinating stories such as Franklin, Gallatin, Jackson, and many others.

I would mount a campaign to encourage people not to go anywhere. Travel is so expensive and unpleasant that it is difficult to understand why people do not remain at home.
Why are we pushing our roads and airports, which it anywhere else? Newspapers and magazines with ads trying to stay filled us. You want to go anywhere - Anywhere But Home.

Have you thought about national parks?
Here is a link: http://www.nps.gov/

September is the perfect time to go to change a few leaves off and not burning hot.
