No, it is a complete piece of junk. Do not buy a telescope from eBay, if you really know what you do. Shopping in a telescope shop legitimate, either locally (see Yellow Pages) or online. I only heard one thing about Baytronix and it was not good.
They want a Celestron, Meade, Orion, or should be, and probably Zhummell Newton, Newton, Dobsonian, Schmidt Cassegrain Schmidt-Newtonian, or if you can afford. I had not a Maksutov-Cassegrain for several reasons.
